Karen Carbonell

Karen Carbonell has extensive experience in the legal sector, currently serving as Knowledge & Learning Manager and Pro Bono & Community Investment Manager at Linklaters LLP since September 2003. In this role, Karen collaborates with Practice Group Heads and Partners, manages litigation support teams, and develops vendor relationships while promoting pro bono and volunteer opportunities within the firm. Previously, Karen held the position of Practice Support Manager/Paralegal Manager, overseeing multiple office support areas. Prior to Linklaters, Karen worked as a Litigation Paralegal Coordinator at Shearman & Sterling from 1997 to 2003. Karen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Administration of Justice and Spanish from Penn State University, earned in 1992.
