Richard Pollock serves as the Global Security Manager at Linklaters since April 2023, leading the firm's physical security strategy across 21 countries with an emphasis on risk mitigation through collaboration with key stakeholders. Previously, Richard worked with the Metropolitan Police from January 2014 to April 2023, holding roles such as Community Policing Lead for the London Borough of Redbridge, Police Sergeant, and Authorised Firearms Officer, with a focus on resource management and operational decision-making within London's communities. Richard's experience in law enforcement is complemented by military service in the British Army as a counter-IED specialist, as well as educational qualifications including a BA in History from The Open University and a Diploma in Critical Incident Response from the Chartered Management Institute.
