Tanguy van Overstraeten

Tanguy Van Overstraeten is a prominent legal professional with extensive experience in the fields of technology, media, telecommunications, and data protection. Currently serving as a Partner and Global Head of Data Protection and Privacy at Linklaters LLP in Brussels, Tanguy leads a practice focused on information technology contracts, international telecommunications, and data protection projects. In addition to this role, Tanguy holds significant positions such as Vice-Chairman and President of the Executive Committee of the Belgium-Japan Association & Chamber of Commerce, and Issue Lead for Data Protection at the American Chamber of Commerce to the European Union.
