Maurizio Spirito is an accomplished professional specializing in innovation management, currently serving as the Innovation Manager at LINKS Foundation since 2019, focusing on strategic collaboration with Politecnico di Torino. Responsibilities include foresight, strategic planning, and technology transfer, particularly in the fields of connected and autonomous vehicles and the European Innovation Council. Prior roles include Evaluator for European Research and Innovation Programmes and Director of Functions at Istituto Superiore “Mario Boella”, where significant contributions were made to enhance the organization’s position in European research. Maurizio's extensive experience began at Nokia and Vodafone in mobile phone localization projects, complemented by educational qualifications including a PhD in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Politecnico di Torino.
