Matt Miller has extensive experience in operations management and customer service across various industries. Currently serving as the Distribution Center Manager at Links Unlimited Inc. since August 2015, Matt oversees all operational and associate activities within the Distribution Center, utilizing KPI metrics and MARs data to ensure efficiency. Previously, in the role of Distribution Receiving Coordinator/Supervisor, responsibilities included managing inventory from purchase orders and ensuring compliance with contractual agreements involving 3PL partners. Before Links Unlimited Inc., Matt worked at The Schoolhouse Restaurant as Catering Events Manager and Assistant General Manager, focusing on special events and catering operations. Additionally, Matt served as Youth Program Coordinator and Summer Camp Director at Mayerson JCC, creating engaging programs for children and families. Matt holds a degree in Early Childhood Care and Education with a focus on Child Development from the University of Cincinnati.
