Aline Benson

Aline Benson is a senior consultant at Sassenach with a background in global health and infectious diseases. She holds an MPH in global health from Emory University and a B.S. in cellular and molecular biology from Appalachian State University. Before joining Sassenach, Aline worked as a fellow with the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, creating technical assistance resources for HIV/AIDS programs. Aline previously worked in Lesotho for two years as a Peace Corps volunteer, where she educated youth and adults on HIV and sexual and reproductive health, and promoted gender equity
