Kallan Piconi

Kallan Piconi has a strong background in technical support and implementation consulting, currently serving as an Implementation Consultant at LinkSquares since September 2022, following a role as a Technical Support Associate. Previous experience includes working as a Technical Services Engineer at Epic from July 2020 to June 2022. Kallan's foundation in the workforce began during time at Union College, where various positions included Work Study Student in the President's Office and as a Calculus Help Center Tutor. Additional internships with organizations such as the Ponheary Ly Foundation and Whiteboard Advisors, along with roles in microfinance and recreation, further diversified Kallan's professional experience. Kallan holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics with minors in Computer Science and Visual Arts from Union College, completed in 2020.
