Previously, Donaldo worked as a Contratista at ICFES from January 2013 to May 2015. Donaldo holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Fundación Universitaria Konrad Lorenz and an Ingeniero degree in Ingeniería de sistemas from Universidad Nacional Abierta y a Distancia. Additionally, Donaldo has completed a Especialista en Alta Gerencia program at Universidad Militar Nueva Granada, where courses in Alta Gerencia and Administración y gestión de empresas were also undertaken.
