Dondrea Walker

Dondrea Walker currently serves as a Transit Operator for the City of Cedar Rapids since June 2023, responsible for operating transit buses on designated routes and managing fare collection. Additionally, Dondrea has been a School Bus Driver for Linn-Mar Community Schools since November 2022 and has held the position of Senior Pastor at First Baptist of Marion since June 2019, previously serving as Senior Pastor at First Baptist Church of Grinnell from October 2013 to May 2019. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Customer Service Representative at Verizon Wireless from June 2002 to August 2012. Dondrea's academic background includes a Doctor of Ministry in Transformative Leadership from Colgate Rochester Crozer Divinity School, a Master of Divinity from Houston Graduate School of Theology, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Sociology from Huston-Tillotson University.
