Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a background in nutrition, business management, and compliance. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana operates an online store focused on organic body care products and environmental sustainability. Mariana has also held the position of Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016 and was the owner/manager of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Additionally, Mariana worked as a nutritionist in a private practice from February 2016 to 2019 and taught university courses in applied mathematics for nutrition and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a diploma in Business Administration from Universidad Anahuac Online and a Bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México.
