Erin Teter

Erin Teter is currently the SVP of Human Resources at Linq. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Human Resources at Arena Solutions from November 2017 to May 2021. There, they were responsible for creating and executing the strategic vision of building a culture with engaged employees who are passionate about what they do in a fast pace, high-growth SaaS company. Before Arena Solutions, Teter was the Vice President of Human Resources at Abila from July 2013 to June 2017. At Abila, they developed and continued to enhance the company culture through strong relationships at all levels throughout a high-growth, fast paced organization in a startup environment post-merger. Teter started their career in human resources at Sage in April 2002 as a Director. Promoted to translate strategic business unit/client groups' needs into specific measurable HR and business actions that enabled a competitive advantage. Teter also has experience as a Human Resources Consultant and a Recruiter.

Erin Teter completed their undergraduate degree at Texas Lutheran University, where they majored in business administration and management.

They work with Michael Noblitt - VP, Strategic Programs, Mike Borges - President, State & Nutrition Solutions, and William Bergen - COO. Their manager is Krista Endsley, CEO.
