Chantel Guldjian, MBA has had a diverse and successful work experience. Starting in 2013, they were a Sales Associate at ALDO Group, where they welcomed customers to the store, operated the cash register, and maintained floor appearance. From 2014 to 2017, they were a Front Desk Management Team/ Social Media Coordinator at CloudMover Day Spa, where they oversaw daily front desk operations, educated clients on skin care products, and aided in human resource responsibilities. In 2018, they completed a Public Relations Internship at The Honeyman Agency. From 2017 to 2020, they were an Executive Administrative Assistant at La Placa Exterminating, where they scheduled daily appointments and meetings, created and sent out email newsletters, and informed employees about job details and various benefits. Currently, they are an Operations Manager - Marketing & HR at LINQM, Inc., where they manage the onboarding process of newly hired employees, monitors workers' compensation claims, and ensures accurate approval of online time cards.
