With over a decade of experience delivering top-tier service in customer-facing roles, Katie has developed proficiency and a passion for keeping customers front-and-center in every business decision. In addition to a Level 4 Certification through SuccessCOACHING, Katie holds a BS in Communication from ASU’s Hugh Downs School of Human Communication.
