Elton Herrick

Elton Herrick is an accomplished technical advisor and operations research analyst with extensive experience in leading teams and interfacing with government customers. Currently serving as Technical Advisor in Research Operations at KBR, Inc., since August 2024, Elton manages a team of over 25 personnel and effectively translates government analysis needs into actionable tasks. Previously, Elton held various roles at LinQuest, including Principal Operations Research Analyst II, where similar responsibilities were executed. Elton's background also includes engineering projects at Flowserve Corporation, where project leadership for PLM software development was demonstrated, as well as significant military leadership experience in the United States Air Force that involved managing operations and training for hundreds of personnel in high-stakes environments. Elton holds a Master of Science in Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from the University of Mississippi.
