Joshua James

Joshua James has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Joshua began their career in 2009 as a Manager Trainee at Aaron's, Inc. In 2013, they worked as an intern at both FedEx Services and Cherokee Nation Businesses. From 2014 to 2018, they held multiple roles at Polaris Alpha and Intelligent Software Solutions, including Field Services Representative and Intelligence Analyst. In 2018, they worked as an Information Systems Security Officer at Kratos Defense and Security Solutions and Kratos Technology & Training Solutions. From 2018 to 2019, they worked at Parsons Corporation as a Principal System Security Engineer. Currently, they work at LinQuest as a Principal System Security Engineer. Additionally, Joshua is also involved in the US Army as a reserve member. Joshua has held roles such as Cyber Protection Team Leader and Intelligence Officer. Overall, Joshua's work experience spans various industries and positions, with a focus on cybersecurity, intelligence, and system security engineering.

Joshua James holds a Master's degree in Information Technology from Colorado Technical University, which they obtained in 2015. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in University Studies from Oklahoma State University, graduating between 2003 and 2007. In addition to their degrees, Joshua holds several certifications, including Information Systems Security Engineering Professional (ISSEP) and Certified Authorization Professional (CAP) from (ISC)², obtained in 2021. Joshua also obtained the Certified Ethical Hacker certification from EC-Council in 2018 and the CISSP certification from (ISC)² in 2017.
