Lawrence McCaskill

Lawrence McCaskill has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Lawrence started their career as a Communications Officer in the USAF, where they led the AFSOC C4ISR architecture team and supervised various systems and networks. Lawrence then worked as a Senior Systems Engineer for SENTEL, serving as a subject matter expert for the Joint Air-to-Surface Standoff Missile program. Later, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer for IITRI AB Tech Group, where they coordinated development efforts on a military analysis suite. Lawrence also held roles as Technical Director at ACS Defense and Chief Enterprise Architect at WBB, where they led the development of DoDAF-compliant architectures. McCaskill served as the AFSOC Enterprise Architect at Jacobs, creating solution architectures for joint capability integration and development. Lawrence worked as the Sr Vice President of Systems Engineering at Cignus Consulting LLC, offering operations research, planning, and systems engineering services to various sectors. McCaskill further served as the Enterprise Architecture Technical Lead and Systems Architect at Leidos, where they implemented standard operating procedures and established architecture repositories. Lawrence McCaskill holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Miami, which they obtained in 1987. Lawrence furthered their education at the same university and earned a Master's degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering from the University of West Florida between 1990 and 1993. Prior to their college education, Lawrence completed their high school education at Martin County High School from 1979 to 1983. In addition to their formal degrees, Lawrence has obtained several certifications including CSEP from INCOSE in 2023, OMG-Certified Systems Modeling Professional from OMG, PMP from the Project Management Institute, and ITIL Foundation from EXIN.
