Matthew Fitzgerald

Matthew Fitzgerald is a highly experienced IT professional currently serving as a Senior Operations Specialist at LinQuest, focusing on IT operations for the HQ Space Training and Readiness Command since August 2023. Prior to LinQuest, Matthew managed an IT Support team at the United States Space Force, overseeing various IT operations for the same command from September 2021 to August 2023. Matthew's career began in the United States Air Force, where they held the position of Lead Systems Administrator, providing support to 6,500 personnel and leading a team of technicians to address over 500 trouble tickets monthly. Matthew holds multiple degrees from Western Governors University, including a Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Cybersecurity and a Bachelor's degree in Network Engineering. Additionally, Matthew earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Information Technology from the Community College of the Air Force.
