Michael Kram

Director Business Development at LinQuest

Michael Kram has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Michael currently works at LinQuest as the Director Business Development. Prior to this, they served as the Director, Program Manager at LinQuest, overseeing a satellite operations services contract with the US Space Force. Michael also worked as the Deputy Program Manager and Senior Test Manager for a contract at the Joint Navigation Warfare Center III.

Before joining LinQuest, Kram worked at Overlook Systems Technologies, Inc. as a Senior Test Manager, where they collaborated with military and navigation warfare customers to define test objectives and plan field activities. Michael also has experience working at the Headquarters Air Force Operational Test and Evaluation Center as the Director of Staff and Chief of the Analysis and Assessments Division.

Additionally, Kram has worked at the US Embassy Canberra as an Assistant Air Attache, providing advice on US Air Force engagement and representing the Secretary of the Air Force to the Australian Defence Force.

Michael Kram earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mathematics from the United States Air Force Academy from 1989 to 1993. Michael then pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Mathematics and Statistics from The University of New Mexico from 1995 to 1997. Michael also holds a certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP®) from the Project Management Institute, obtained in October 2022.
