Robert (Larry) Nance has a rich and diverse work experience. Robert (Larry) began their career as an Air Force Pilot, accumulating over 3,900 flight hours and achieving the highest qualification of flight examiner. Robert (Larry) then transitioned into various leadership roles within the United States Air Force, including Squadron Commander, Operational Analysis Division Chief, and Chief of the Air Force Team in the Office of Security Cooperation-Iraq. In these roles, they demonstrated their expertise in logistics, air mobility, and strategic planning. After leaving the Air Force, Robert (Larry) Nance worked as an Account Manager for The Perduco Group before joining LinQuest as Senior Manager of Business Development & Capture. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Business Development and Capture at LinQuest.

Robert (Larry) Nance holds a Master's degree in Operations Research from the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology, which they earned from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the United States Air Force Academy, completing their studies from 1992 to 1995.
