Tamara Brethouwer

Tamara Brethouwer, PHR, currently serves as a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner I at LinQuest since August 2022. Prior experience includes roles at Serco, where Tamara worked as a DOL VETS TAP Senior Partnership Outreach and Senior Employment Facilitator from April 2021 to August 2022, and at the United States Department of the Army as a Transition Services Specialist from August 2018 to April 2021. Responsibilities throughout the career have included managing transition services for military personnel, overseeing internship programs, counseling on education opportunities, and providing VA benefits guidance. Tamara holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources Development from Webster University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
