Winston Lee

Winston Lee has over 20 years of experience in the aerospace and defense industry. Winston began their career at Raytheon in 1986 as a Systems Engineer, where they were involved in integrating systems requirements for the Tomahawk Cruise Missile Program. Winston also developed software and test requirements for new rocket motor qualifications. In 1989, they joined Raytheon's Hughes Missile Systems Group as an Engineering Specialist, supporting the development of an advanced medium-range air-to-air missile program. Winston participated in the design, integration, and test phases of the program. In 1994, Lee joined Northrop Grumman Space Technology (formerly TRW Space Technology) as a Senior Section Head. Winston worked as a Communications Systems Engineer for satellite communications and was responsible for subsystem requirements and electrical performance. Since 2000, Lee has been with LinQuest (formerly LinCom Corporation and Communications & Software Solutions Division of Titan Corporation) as an Associate Vice President and Deputy PM for MILSATCOM Systems Engineering and Integration (SE&I) contract. In this role, they direct performance on government contracts, manages contract deliverables, and handles planning, budgeting, staffing, and future business. Overall, Lee has demonstrated expertise in systems engineering, satellite communications, and program management.

Winston Lee holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, which they obtained from 1982 to 1986. Winston also possesses a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California, completed between 1987 and 1988. In addition to their academic qualifications, Winston Lee has obtained certifications such as INCOSE ESEP from INCOSE and Preventing Workplace Harassment from Emtrain.
