Reagan Blanton has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. They started their career at Sammons Securities, LLC as a Firm Development Coordinator, where they helped transition over 10,000 brokerage accounts and over 170 Financial Advisors. They then joined RTT USA, Inc. as a Human Resources Specialist, where they revamped employee files, supervised reception and building operations, and conducted manager meetings. Reagan later took on the role of Resource & Operations Specialist at RTT USA, Inc, where they worked with executives and team members to assign and track staffing demands for projects and helped develop staff through rotations and training. They eventually became a Human Resources Manager at RTT USA, Inc, serving as a link between management and employees, administering benefit policies, and advising managers on organizational policies. Reagan then moved to UltraLevel Inc. as a Human Resources Manager, where they transformed the HR presence and implemented a new payroll system, resulting in improved efficiency and cost savings. Their most recent role is with LinTech Global, Inc., where they initially served as a Senior Human Resources Manager, mentoring a small group and improving the new hire process. They are currently working as an HR Director at LinTech Global, Inc., overseeing HR operations and implementing a new payroll system to further enhance efficiency. Reagan Blanton, PHR, SHRM-CP, holds a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Organizational Management from Spring Arbor University, which was obtained between 2007 and 2009. Prior to that, Blanton earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Management and Organizational Development from the same institution from 2002 to 2005. Blanton's educational background also includes an Associate in Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Jackson College, which was completed from 1996 to 2000.
