Manu Chopra is a co-founder at Linum since December 2022 and previously co-founded Startup Wilderness, where innovative projects at the intersection of AI and recruiting/hiring were explored. Prior experience includes a Research Assistant role at the University of California, San Francisco, focusing on offline reinforcement learning models for drug administration and a visualization and ML tool platform for analyzing post-operative outcomes. Manu also served as a Software Engineer Intern at Amazon Prime Video and developed protein synthesis models at Berkeley Artificial Intelligence Research. Leadership was demonstrated as a Senior Mentor with Computer Science Mentors and as an Undergraduate Student Instructor at the University of California, Berkeley, teaching essential computer science concepts. Early research contributions include developing the meGA visualization pipeline and the TumorMap software at the University of California, Santa Cruz, leading to published work in Cancer Research. Manu earned a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley, from 2018 to 2021.
