Cailin Younger

Cailin Younger has a diverse work experience in the field of product and UX design. Cailin currently works at Linus Health as the Lead Product Designer. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Product Designer at the same company. Before joining Linus Health, Cailin worked as a UX Designer at Bidvine, where they supported the redesign of a new iOS app. Cailin also has experience working at Scotiabank, where they served as a UX Designer in the Global Innovation & FactoryU team, collaborating with various teams to develop innovative products. Additionally, Cailin worked as a Designer at the Federation of Students, where they were responsible for creating graphics and promotional material. Cailin also worked at Scotiabank as an Innovation Product Designer, where they designed a phone app and successfully pitched it to an EVP.

Cailin Younger attended the University of Waterloo from 2015 to 2019, where they pursued an Honours Bachelor of Global Business and Digital Arts (B.GBDA) degree in the School of Interaction Design and Business. In 2018, they also participated in a term abroad program at Newcastle University, specializing in Media, Communications, and Design.
