Dennis Liao

Dennis Liao is currently an editor at Linus Media Group. Dennis has over 17 years of experience in investment banking, financial restructuring, and corporate reorganizations. Dennis has worked with companies in various industries including media & entertainment, gaming, consumer, retail, industrials, construction and financial services.

Dennis began their career in investment banking at Lehman Brothers in 2004. Dennis then moved to Houlihan Lokey in 2009 where they spent 10 years advising companies on corporate restructurings and reorganizations. In January 2020, Dennis joined Evercore as an investment banker in their financial restructuring group.

Dennis has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Dennis Liao has an MBA in Finance & Marketing from NYU Stern School of Business and a B.Comm in Accounting from The University of British Columbia.
