Sam Vafaei

Sam Vafaei is an experienced audio professional with a diverse background in audio engineering, development, and production. Currently serving as an Audio Test Developer & Engineer at Linus Media Group since March 2022, Sam previously held a similar role at RTINGS.com from March 2015 to May 2020, where responsibilities included developing test benches for audio products and training technicians. In addition to a long-standing position as an Audio Engineer, Arranger, and Producer at Broken Chair Records, Sam has also worked as a Video Producer/Editor at Client Spectrum and held audio engineering and webmaster roles at McGill University. Academically, Sam earned a Master of Music in Sound Recording from McGill University and a Bachelor of Music in Composition from Dalhousie University, along with an attempted Master's degree in Music Technology from New York University.
