Alexander Cushman

Alexander Cushman has a diverse work experience in swimming and fitness. Alexander has worked as the Manager and Head Swim Coach at Linvilla Orchards since 2023. Prior to that, from 2022 to 2023, they were the Head Swim Coach and Manager on Duty at acac Fitness & Wellness Center. Alexander also worked as the Production Supervisor at Endless Pools from 2015 to 2022, where they supervised different departments and mentored employees. From 2014 to 2016, they were the Head Swim Coach at Penn-Delco School District, where they achieved new district qualifiers and implemented a new training program. Alexander also has experience as an Assistant Swim Coach at ACAC Fitness & Wellness Center from 2014 to 2015 and as an Aquatic Support Specialist at ESF Dream Camp Foundation in 2014. Additionally, they worked as the Head Swim Coach at Owen J. Roberts School District from 2011 to 2014, where they had an undefeated season and managed assistant coaches. Alexander has also held roles at Spring Ford Country Club, Philadelphia Freedom Valley YMCA, and Laurelwood Swim Club. Overall, Alexander Cushman has a strong background in swimming coaching, program management, and leadership.

Alexander Cushman received their high school education at Spring-Ford Senior High School 9-12 Center, graduating in 2008 with a High School Diploma. Alexander then pursued higher education and attended the University of Pittsburgh from 2008 to 2010, where they focused on Health and Wellness, General. Following that, from 2010 to 2011, they attended Montgomery County Community College, studying Health and Wellness, General. Finally, Alexander completed their undergraduate education at West Chester University of Pennsylvania from 2012 to 2016, specializing in Health and Physical Education/Fitness.
