Cecilia Raguzzi

Cecilia Raguzzi is an experienced HR professional currently serving as a Global Talent Specialist at Linxens since April 2024. Prior to this role, Cecilia held the position of Vice President & Volunteer Coordinator at the International Dual Career Network (IDCN) from May 2020 to May 2024. At Citi, from October 2013 to June 2019, Cecilia worked as an HRBP & Talent, Learning and Development Manager, specializing in the Talent Review Process and High Potentials Programs during a short-term assignment in Brazil. Cecilia's career began at The Linde Group, where Cecilia served in various HR roles from September 2005 to October 2013, focusing on C&B, Performance Management, and leading the SAP HR Regional Project in South America. Cecilia holds a Magíster en Dirección de Recursos Humanos from Universidad de Ciencias Empresariales y Sociales and a Lic. En Administración de Empresas from the University of Buenos Aires.
