Ahmed Alalawi

Ahmed Alalawi, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Ahmed started their career as an Intern at Gulf Air in 2006. In 2008, they worked as a Trainee at the Securities & Investment Company before joining the Bank of Bahrain & Kuwait as a Management Accountant. Ahmed then transitioned to Alstom Grid as a Management Controller in 2013. Following that, they worked at GE Grid Solutions as a Financial Planner / Project Controller from 2015 to 2018. In 2018, they joined ABB as a Senior Project Business Controller before moving to Linxon in 2019. At Linxon, they held multiple positions including Head of Project Controls - MEA and Global Process Owner - Project Controls. Currently, Ahmed serves as the Global Head of Project Controls at Linxon.

Ahmed Alalawi, MBA, holds a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Accounting and Finance from Ahlia University, which they completed from 2013 to 2015. Ahmed also earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Bahrain, from 2004 to 2008. In addition, they hold the certification of CIPA holder from AAOIFI, obtained in 2009.
