Nayana Dhakal has worked in a variety of roles in the software quality assurance field since 2011. nayana began their career as a QA Analyst I at ARGO in 2011, followed by a QA Analyst II position at NCR - Retalix in 2013. In 2016, they moved to Yardi as a QA Specialist and then to Sealed Air Corporation as a Testing Coordinator in 2019. In 2020, Nayana held two positions, a QA Engineer at Infor and a QA Analyst IV at Charter Communications. nayana is currently employed as a Software Quality Analyst at Linxup since 2022.

Nayana Dhakal attended Louisiana Tech University from 2006 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General.
