Ilham R. started their work experience in 2012 as a Staff Operations Control Center at PT Wings Abadi Airlines. Ilham'sresponsibilities included monitoring aircraft movements, identifying and resolving issues to minimize delays, and briefing operations staff. In 2015, they joined PT Lion Air as the Chief of Commercial and Regulatory, where they worked on revenue management, evaluated the market, and handled necessary applications for operating rights and permits. In 2021, Ilham worked as a Content Writer at UPDEED and as a Sport Data Journalist at Real Time Sportscast, focusing on writing match reports for various sports.

Ilham R. received a Bachelor's Degree in English Linguistics from Universitas Widyatama, where they studied from 2018 to 2022. In addition to their degree, they also obtained a certification in Airport Slots and Scheduling from IATA Training in November 2015.
