Dominique Perron

Dominique Perron serves as the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at Lion Electric since June 2023. Prior to this role, Dominique held positions as Vice-President of Legal Affairs and Assistant Secretary, as well as Director of Legal Affairs at Sagard from October 2020 to June 2023. From June 2012 to October 2020, Dominique was the Director of Legal Affairs and Legal Counsel at PSP Investments. Earlier experiences include practicing as a Lawyer and Articling Student at Stikeman Elliott LLP from May 2007 to June 2012. Dominique holds an LLM in Corporate Law from McGill University (2008-2009) and an LLB from Université Laval (2005-2007), with additional studies at the University of Strasbourg in 2006.
