Patrick Duchaine

Patrick Duchaine, CLSSBB, has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Currently, they are employed by Lion Electric as the Director of Quality Assurance since March 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Operational Quality Manager at Lion Electric from February 2022 to April 2023.

From September 2019 to February 2022, Patrick worked at Héroux-Devtek as a Continuous Improvement Supervisor. Following that, they owned and managed their own business, District 1 Lasertag Cité de Mirabel, from January 2018 to June 2020.

Patrick has also held significant positions at PCC Structurals, Inc., where they were an Operation Manager and Continuous Improvement specialist. Patrick implemented lean tools and principles in both manufacturing and business processes. Patrick held this role from October 2015 to January 2018. Prior to that, they served as a Manufacturing Manager & Continuous Improvement and Continuous Improvement Section Chief at the same company.

In addition, they worked as a Lean Manager at Mecachrome Canada from September 2013 to August 2014, and as a Continuous Improvement Consultant at Impact Consultation from April 2013 to August 2014.

Patrick's earlier experiences include working at Bombardier Aerospace from October 2001 to March 2013. Patrick served as a Manager of Engineering, Supervisor Engineering and Methods, as well as a Six Sigma Blackbelt during this tenure. Lastly, they held the position of Vice-President of Research and Planning at Association de Ultimate de Montreal from November 2007 to April 2010.

Patrick Duchaine, CLSSBB attended École Nationale Aerotechnique from 1994 to 1996. Patrick obtained their Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Lean Six Sigma Canada in 2016.
