Travis Dziubla

Travis Dziubla is an Operations Principal at Lion Equity Partners since December 2020, where Travis is responsible for various aspects of the company's portfolio companies. Prior to this, Travis worked at McKinsey & Company from June 2015 to January 2021, serving energy and natural resource clients in operations and strategy roles. With a background in the US Navy as a Submarine Operations Officer, Travis has a wealth of experience in combat leadership, operational strategy development, and team training. Travis holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Energy from the University of California, Berkeley, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Northwestern University.
