Natalie Beridze

Natalie Beridze has extensive experience in human resources, with a career spanning over two decades in the banking sector. Currently serving as the Head of HR at Bank of Georgia since January 2005, Natalie previously held the position of Head of HR at TbilUniversalBank from May 2002 to January 2005 and at TbilComBank from September 1996 to May 2001. In addition to these roles, Natalie has experience as Deputy Head of HR and Administration Support and has a background in psychology, contributing to a strong foundation in employee management and organizational development.
