Becky Thomas

Becky Thomas, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as Human Resources Director at LION since November 2023, following a notable tenure at CTI Foods where Becky held positions as Director of Human Resources Operations and Human Resources Manager from May 2019 to November 2023. Previous experience includes roles such as Human Resources Manager at NVIC (2018-2019) and General Electric (2016-2018), along with a lengthy period as Human Resources Manager at Regal Beloit (2009-2016). Becky also worked at A. O. Smith Corporation in various accounting and planning roles (2006-2009) and held managerial positions at Lowe's Companies, Inc., Unified Trust, and Anita Sexton Interior Design. Currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Liberty University, Becky holds an MBA from Morehead State University.
