James Baker

James Baker possesses extensive leadership experience in various organizations, currently holding the position of VP of TotalCare Programs at LION since October 2018. Prior to this role, James served as Director at LION TotalCare, beginning in July 2007, and held the Vice President position at National Safety Clean from June 1991 to April 2007. Additionally, James was Vice President of Operations at The Protection Bureau from September 1980 to March 1991 and Assistant Fire Chief at EBFC from 1978 to 1985. James is an alumnus of Penn State University.
