Mike Renfro is an experienced operations and engineering leader with a strong background in the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as the Director of Operations and Continuous Improvement at LION since October 2021, Mike previously held the position of Director of Engineering at Dayton Lamina Corporation from February 2018 to October 2021. Prior to that, Mike was with Apex Tool Group, LLC, where roles included Director of Operations from July 2011 to November 2017 and Operations Manager from January 2008 to June 2011. Mike's career began at Cooper Hand Tools as Engineering and Facilities Manager from April 2004 to December 2007. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Mississippi State University.
