Christopher Doscas has extensive experience in the real estate industry, particularly in acquisitions and finance. With a background that includes a position as Acquisitions for the South East United States at Lion Real Estate Group, LLC from April 2021 to May 2023, Christopher has contributed to the firm's focus on value-add and opportunistic multifamily properties. Prior experience includes serving as a Partner at Girona Ventures LLC and as an Associate at GCP Capital Group. Christopher’s educational credentials include a Master’s Degree in Real Estate: Finance & Investment from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from The Johns Hopkins University. Additionally, Christopher's earlier roles include a summer internship in Fund Management at Related and a position as a Banking Associate at Guard Hill Financial.
