Steven Kampwerth

Steven Kampwerth, CFP® has been a financial professional since 1996. Steven began their career as a Financial Advisor at various firms, where they were responsible for helping clients implement financial plans and goals. In 2004, they joined Bank of America as an Insurance Consultant, covering the Texas and New Mexico region. In 2008, Steven joined Highland Capital Brokerage as a Sales Vice President, where they worked with financial advisors to educate clients and facilitate the process of adding life insurance strategies into a client's financial plan. Steven's specialties included business succession planning, tax reduction strategies, wealth transfer, and estate planning. In 2020, Steven became a Senior Vice President at Lion Street.

Steven Kampwerth, CFP® obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Illinois State University in 1994, majoring in Accounting and Finance. Steven then went on to obtain their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Illinois Springfield in 1997. In 2002, they obtained their CFP® certification from the CFP Board.
