Jane Hill Gaicd

Jane Hill GAICD has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various leadership roles in the marketing and people and culture fields. Jane began their career at KFC as a Brand Manager in 1992 and subsequently held marketing positions at Schweppes International Limited and Pfizer. In 1999, they joined Rosemount Estate Wines as a Global Customer Marketing Manager before moving to Southcorp Wines as a Global Brand Director in 2001. From 2004 to 2008, they served as the Global Marketing Director at Lion Nathan Wine Group. Jane then transitioned to Lion, where they held various roles, including Capability Director and People & Culture Director for different regions and departments. In 2020, they also served as Board Co-Chair for The 100% Project. Currently, Jane holds the position of People & Culture Director for Lion Australia and New Zealand and CMO.

Jane Hill GAICD has a Masters degree in Applied Science from the University of Sydney. Jane also holds a Graduate Diploma in Wine Business (Roseworthy) from the University of Adelaide and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from UNSW. In addition, they obtained a Graduate - Order of Merit from the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Jane has additional certifications including Mental Health First Aider Accreditation from Mental Health First Aid Australia, SHL Ability and Personality testing from CEB (now Gartner), and certifications in LSI/GSI and the Leadership Circle Profile from Human Synergistics and The Leadership Circle respectively.
