Kellie Schneider, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on strategic leadership and operational management. Kellie is currently serving as the Associate Principal and Human Resources Director at Lionakis, where they lead various people and culture initiatives, talent management, and compensation strategy. Kellie also serves on the firm's Fiduciary Committee and Executive Committee to develop business policies.

Prior to their current role, Kellie held executive positions at the California Earthquake Authority. As the Chief Operations Officer, they oversaw internal operations and focused on HR functions such as employee engagement, performance management, and change management. Kellie also served as the Chief Administrative Officer, where they developed a comprehensive HR strategy and program and led construction and renovation projects.

Before joining the California Earthquake Authority, Kellie worked at the State of California for several years. Kellie held various positions, including Chief Human Resources Officer, where they were responsible for all aspects of HR, including classification and compensation, labor relations, and training. Kellie also served as a Human Resources Manager, Budget Analyst, Senior Human Resources Analyst, and Human Resources Specialist during their tenure with the state.

Throughout their career, Kellie has demonstrated expertise in HR policy development, employee relations, and recruitment. Kellie has also been involved in facilities management and budget coordination.

Kellie Schneider, SHRM-SCP (she/her) has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Jessup University. Kellie also holds an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and an Associate of Arts degree in Social Sciences from Sacramento City College. Kellie obtained their SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in January 2020. Kellie also has a Project Management Master Certification Program Certificate from the University of Southern California, obtained in January 2017. In addition, they completed the Human Resources Management Certificate Program from Sacramento State's College of Continuing Education in March 2013. Finally, Kellie is a member of the SHRM Executive Network, having obtained their membership in October 2022.
