Ben Bunting

Ben Bunting is the Senior Director of Channel at Liongard. Ben was previously the Director of Renewals and Expansion for Customer Success at seoClarity from October 2019 to March 2022. Prior to that, they were the Manager of ConnectWise Control Sales at ConnectWise from May 2011 to September 2019.

At ConnectWise, they led the team responsible for all global sales and presales support of ConnectWise Control, achieving $24M in annual revenue and increasing year-over-year sales by 35%. Ben managed the full sales cycle from high volume transactions to enterprise deals and developed outbound sales strategies and initiatives including call and email campaigns.

Ben also built sales territories and commission plans, implemented a new sales team dedicated specifically to inbound prospects, and developed a compensation structure to reward team members for their service results in addition to sales quotas. In addition, they negotiated enterprise deals and drove through the legal review and procurement process.

At seoClarity, they introduced a Customer Success Campaign that surveyed top customers for software feedback, support questions and customer referrals - increasing upsell deals and renewals. Ben also served as a customer advocate, providing feedback to product and engineering teams to improve products and shape product roadmap. Furthermore, they supported product launches and developed plans on how to roll out to customers and manage communications.
