Angela Jonker

Angela Jonker, CMP, MBA, currently serves as a Senior Event Planner at Lions Clubs International, managing logistics for large-scale events including an annual international convention. Prior experience includes key roles at the Emergency Nurses Association as Meetings Manager, overseeing significant conferences, and as a Meeting and Events Planner for the Alzheimer’s Association. Angela's background also features positions in event planning at Advocate Charitable Foundation and the Orthopaedic Research & Education Foundation, where fundraising and donor engagement were primary focuses. Previous roles include Director of Prospect Research at Lewis University and an Income Development Representative at the American Cancer Society. Angela holds an MBA in Marketing from Lewis University and a BA in Organizational Communication from Murray State University.
