Georgi Popchev

Georgi Popchev has extensive experience in commercial property management and leasing, currently serving as the Manager of Lion's Head PM since May 2019. Previously, Georgi held the position of Commercial and Leasing Manager at Sofia South Ring Mall EAD from April 2017 to May 2019, and was the Head of Valuation Department at ERB Property Services (Eurobank Group) from March 2014 to March 2017. Earlier roles included Property & Leasing Manager at AIG/Lincoln and Senior Consultant in Office Space Leasing at Forton, where Georgi also attained certification as a Real Estate Appraiser. Georgi began a career in research analysis at the Center for Economic Development, focusing on energy and transport policies, and contributed to The World Bank as an STT Assistant. Academic credentials include a degree from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, earned between 2001 and 2006.
