Steve Dietz has an extensive work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Steve most recently worked at HqO as the Vice President of Product Management beginning in 2023. Prior to that, they were the Director of Product Management at Highwire, a B2B SaaS provider of construction risk management software, from 2021 to 2023.

From 2019 to 2021, Steve worked as the Director of Product Management at Buildium, a B2B provider of SaaS products for property managers. Steve led a team of 9 product managers and was responsible for the product roadmap and management of the entire platform.

Before Buildium, Steve held various roles at Fuze, a B2B SaaS provider of unified communications products. Steve served as the Director of Product Management, Manager Experiences from 2019 to 2019, Director of Product Management from 2017 to 2019, Senior Product Manager from 2016 to 2017, and Product Manager from 2015 to 2016.

Earlier in their career, Steve worked at Thermo Fisher Scientific as the Vertical Market Leader and Manager of Business Development for Portable Analytical Instruments. Steve was responsible for marketing and business development efforts in metals and regulatory markets.

Prior to Thermo Fisher, Steve worked at Affiliated Managers Group as the Director of Capital Planning and at Putnam Investments as an Investment Associate. Steve began their career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Lane Berry.

Steve Dietz completed their high school at Phillips Academy, where they obtained a High School Diploma. Steve then pursued their undergraduate education at Dartmouth College from 1998 to 2002, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.
