Nicole Pargoff

Nicole Pargoff is an experienced business leader currently serving as the Business Manager at Microsoft for Lions & Tigers since March 2024. Prior to this role, Pargoff held the position of Vice President of Delivery at Amplify Consulting Partners from October 2021 to February 2024, where responsibilities included liaising between Operations and Delivery teams and enhancing business reporting for leaders. Additional experience includes Senior Director roles at Amplify Consulting Partners and Rational Interaction, along with extensive positions at T-Mobile and Microsoft, focusing on program management, marketing, and consulting strategy.
