Greg Murphy

Greg Murphy is the Vice President of Real Estate Portfolio Management at Lionstone Investments. Greg has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, specializing in asset management, transaction management, and brokerage. Prior to joining Lionstone, Greg served as the Executive Vice President of Southern and Western US for Aeroterm Us Inc, a fully integrated real estate and infrastructure private equity investment firm. Greg also served as the Senior Vice President of Asset Management & Operations for Weingarten Realty and as the Managing Director of Advisory and Brokerage for Oxford Development Company. In their role at Lionstone, Greg is responsible for overseeing the management of the company’s real estate portfolio.

Greg Murphy's educational career includes a Master of Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business, with a major in finance and minors in business law and marketing. Greg also holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Pittsburgh in business and economics with a minor in mathematics.
