Trisha Mantri is the current Director of Real Estate Acquisitions at Lionstone Investments. Trisha has previous experience working as a Graduate Intern and Real Estate Senior Associate at Lionstone Investments and Providence Equity Partners, respectively.

Trisha's work experience includes modeling and underwriting 5-10 year projections for potential acquisitions in the office, mixed use, retail and multifamily sectors, analyzing returns, preparing investment committee models, quoting and structuring commercial real estate debt proposals, conducting market research, and reviewing and negotiating loan agreements.
