Avi Sutton

Avi Sutton is an experienced legal and corporate executive currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at LionTree LLC since March 2022, while also holding the title of Senior Principal & Special Counsel in the Office of the Chairman & CEO. Prior to this role, Avi Sutton worked at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz as a Corporate M&A Attorney from September 2013 to February 2022, specializing in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions with a total value exceeding $300 billion, as well as advising on various corporate governance and securities law matters. Additionally, Avi Sutton gained experience as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Israel in 2011. Avi Sutton holds a JD from Yale Law School (2013) and a Bachelor of Arts in Ethics, Politics, & Economics from Yale University, graduating Summa Cum Laude and elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
